Job Title: Water and Fire Restoration Crew Chief
Company: Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration
Pay: $70,000-$100,000 a year
Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses + quarterly team bonuses

What You’ll Do - Lead field teams on restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, and contents)
- Supervise and train technicians and helpers
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying and filtration equipment
- Perform demolition, cleaning, and moisture inspections
- Document job conditions and work progress in job management apps
- Communicate clearly with customers and Project Managers
- Maintain clean and well-stocked trucks and equipment
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls
Qualifications - Construction experience preferred especially restoration, interior remodeling, or demo
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) is a plus, but not required
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Comfortable using mobile apps and software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or hot spaces
- Must be dependable and coachable
Compensation & Benefits - $25-$35 per hour based on experience

Schedule - Full-Time, Monday to Friday
