Salesforce Business Analyst Entry Level

Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: United States (Remote)

Visa Status: US Citizen / Green Card / H1B / H4-EAD / L2-EAD / OPT / CPT

Pay Rate: $45/hr $65/hr USD

Travel: Not Required

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business users to gather, document, and analyze Salesforce business requirements across Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
Map existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within Salesforce.
Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to design and implement user-centric solutions.
Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate functionality, and document testing outcomes.
Provide training and day-to-day support to end users to ensure successful Salesforce adoption.
Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, configurations, and change requests.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to enhance business performance.
