Job Description:

I am looking for a research assistant interested in psycholinguistics research. The project aims to investigate the effectiveness of different methods in learning new words in a second language. The tasks for this position may include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:

a. Complete the required IRB training.

b. Meet with the Principal Investigator.

c. Provide scores for oral translations in a made-up language.

d. Measure the length of audio-file segments.

e. Enter data on excel sheets.

f. Summarize scholarly papers.

g. Modify online experiments.

h. Send reminders to research participants.

The research assistant will be provided with the necessary training to complete these and any other tasks.

Pay is $12 per hour
