Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join a top ophthalmology company based out of Richmond, VA. This person will be responsible for full scheduling of the providers, strategic planning and reanalyzing full scope of services. They will also be working to implement new technology, and work flows across the central Virginia region. They will partner with clinical managers to maintain staffing levels, hit budget, and work with cross functional teams to ensure they hit KPIs and mission values. The ideal candidate will sit in the greater Richmond region or tidewater area.
