Job Description

We’re a growing logistics & trucking company specializing in 1–3 car auto haulers and local freight operations . We’re looking for a Part-Time Dispatcher who’s motivated, tech-savvy, and ready to grow with us. 

What You’ll Do:  

• Assist with dispatching trucks for local and regional routes.
• Communicate with drivers, shippers, and customers to keep schedules on track.
• Learn to use load boards, dispatch software, and GPS tracking tools .
• Help with basic paperwork (BOLs, scheduling, and route updates).
• Problem-solve when delays or route changes happen.

Who We’re Looking For:  

• Someone eager to learn the logistics industry.
•   Administrative work experience (office work, data entry, customer service, or similar) is preferred.
• Comfortable using computers, apps, and phone communication .
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under pressure.
• Great at communicating with drivers in a professional but approachable way.
