We are seeking a full-time Optical Manager to oversee our optical department, elevate our sales performance, develop our team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across our multi-office practice.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, confident, and ready to take ownership.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, train, and coach team members to consistently exceed sales and service goals.
• Hold the team accountable to daily metrics and production standards.
• Build a positive, professional, and high-expectation culture.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee frame board management, ordering, and inventory accuracy.
• Maximize revenue through lens technology, second-pair sales, and add-on options. 

Patient Experience:

• Guarantee a seamless, professional, and memorable experience.
• Resolve patient concerns with confidence and care.
• Maintain a high standard of clinic professionalism, appearance, and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of optical management or lead optician experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach a team to high performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence in eyewear sales, lens technology, and optical workflows.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable taking initiative.

Schedule:

Full-time, must be available to rotate between our offices as needed.
