Location & schedule

• Worksite: Minneapolis, MN, 55428
• Shift: 2nd shift, four 10-hour days (Mon–Thu, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m.)

Core responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses to meet output and quality goals.
• Continuously monitor press performance and printed results for consistency.
• Adjust ink/water balance to achieve target densities and print fidelity.
• Conduct routine maintenance and swiftly troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate across the production floor to hit deadlines and optimize throughput.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the press area.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies without compromise.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional printing tech training preferred.
• Previous experience as a Litho Press Operator or similar capacity.
• Working knowledge of offset printing processes and equipment.
• Keen attention to detail and strong troubleshooting ability.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
