Position: Help Desk Technician
Organization: BDR Solutions LLC

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Respond to tickets and emails from users seeking help
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
Maintain a log of all issues and their resolution for future reference
Set up new accounts, reset passwords, and assist with other account-related tasks
Ensure proper functioning of computer systems and network connections
Collaborate with IT team members to escalate technical issues when needed

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk or technical support role
Specialization in Systems Administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Desired Experience:

2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Experience working in a healthcare or government setting

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
Maximum Salary: $40 per hour
Currency: USD
Frequency: Hourly
