Job Title: Digital Print & Finishing Operator (2nd Shift)

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Status: Full-Time

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday

(Occasional overtime or weekends as needed)

Initial Training: 1st Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with flexible options available

As a Digital Print & Finishing Operator, you’ll do more than just print. You’ll also help cut inserts, fold materials, and prepare jobs for mailing, playing a key role in keeping production running smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Operate digital printers and supporting production equipment

• Cut inserts and fold materials using production equipment

• Set up, run, and monitor print and finishing jobs to meet deadlines

• Check materials, files, and job instructions for accuracy

• Monitor quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed

• Perform basic operator maintenance and troubleshooting

• Accurately complete work orders and production documentation

• Keep your work area clean, organized, and efficient

• Work independently and with your team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience

• Basic computer and math skills

• Experience in print, mail, or production environments is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and stay organized

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
