The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. You will work with various Siemens' organizations focused on driving business value and decisions from large data models. **You will make an impact by:** + Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources. + Developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. + Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. + Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. + Communicating findings and insights through data visualization and reports. + Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning. **You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + At least three years' experience working as a data engineer, data architect, or related roles. + Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake. + Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, SageMaker, AzureML) + Experience working with real-time data integration techniques and tools, such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, Kafka. + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role. + Proven experience working with relational databases such as SQL, Postgres + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R + Experience working with Manufacturing datasets and industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT) + Experience with data governance frameworks and practices. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **About Siemens** We are a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.
