ROLE IMPACT
This position supports key back-office functions by ensuring the accurate and timely input of data into internal systems. Success in this role helps drive operational efficiency and maintain compliance across business workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Input high volumes of data into proprietary databases and insurance systems
• Verify accuracy and completeness of records against source documents
• Flag and correct inconsistencies or errors in documentation
• Maintain confidential files in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify or obtain missing data
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience in data entry, administrative support, or clerical operations
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong accuracy
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Document management systems (e.g., DocuWare, SharePoint)
• CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
• Data entry interfaces or ERP systems
• Scanning and imaging software
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in an insurance or regulated environment
• Familiarity with confidential data handling standards
