Your Role as a Commercial Roofing Estimator:
As a vital part of this high-performing team, you'll:
️ Develop accurate and competitive estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
Perform take-offs from architectural drawings, blueprints, and site data
Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to produce winning solutions
Review contract documents for scope accuracy and pricing alignment
Oversee submittals, change orders, and closeout packages with precision
Be a key contributor in pre-construction meetings to ensure successful project launches
What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 5+ years experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
✔️ In-depth knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, Metal, etc.)
✔️ Ability to read blueprints, technical specs, and compliance documents
✔️ Proficiency in estimating software Edge, On-Screen Takeoff and Microsoft Office
✔️ Strong time management and communication skills
