Plus, no Commercial Driver's License (CDL)is required, and you'll use company-provided vehicles! **Responsibilities** + **Customer Service Excellence & Communication** - Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. + **Leadership & Teamwork** - Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. + **Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation** - Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies. + **Delivery Operations** - Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers. Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. + **Returns & Pickups** - Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. + **Safety Compliance** - Adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. + **Cash & Charge Transactions** - Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. + **Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance** - Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
