No Class A Experience Required — Paid Training from Day One
If you’re a newly licensed CDL-A driver looking to start your trucking career with the right foundation, our CDL-A trainee program serving drivers in and around the Columbus, Ohio metro area provides paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear upgrade path to a solo OTR driving position with consistent miles and reliable weekly income.
This opportunity is designed for drivers who want stability, structured support, and long-term career growth — not a quick turnover trainee role.
Training Pay: $650 per week for the first 4–6 weeks
Solo Pay After Upgrade: $1,000–$1,400+ per week
Mileage Pay: $0.43–$0.51 CPM after training (based on experience)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop once upgraded
Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit
Most drivers upgrade to solo quickly once training requirements are completed.

Combination of drop & hook and live load/unload
Nationwide freight network

OTR Schedule: 12–14 days out with a 34-hour home reset
Operating Area: 48-state OTR after training
Home Base: Columbus, OH metro region
This is a true over-the-road position intended to build experience and consistency.

You earn pay from day one while learning from experienced trainers. Once upgraded, you move into a solo role with assigned equipment, consistent dispatch, and access to nationwide freight. This program is built to support drivers who want dependable income and career longevity.
Upon completion of the trainee phase, drivers are upgraded to a solo OTR driving position . Most drivers experience steady weekly miles and predictable pay shortly after upgrading, with opportunities for continued advancement over time.
