BDC Agent – Crossroads Chevrolet (Beckley, WV)Full-Time Position About Us:Crossroads Chevrolet is a locally trusted dealership in Beckley, WV, committed to providing outstanding customer service and a top-tier automotive buying experience. We’re growing our Business Development Center (BDC) team and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join us! Position Overview:As a BDC Agent, your primary responsibility is to communicate with potential customers—via phone, email, and text—to set quality appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping to create a positive impression of our dealership and ensuring a smooth transition to our sales department.
