HV Talent Group is partnering with a fast-growing fire and life-safety provider to hire an Appointment Setter to support their expanding sales operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity environment, enjoys outbound outreach, and knows how to convert conversations into scheduled appointments.
This is an onsite role based in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be able to commute daily.
✔ Minimum 1 year of appointment-setting experience
✔ Proven success meeting or exceeding KPIs
✔ Experience using a CRM platform
✔ Ability to handle rejection with confidence and persistence
✔ Strong communication skills and follow-through
✔ Ability to close on setting the appointment — not just gather interest
✔ Experience in industries such as solar, telecom, home services, canvassing, or similar high-activity roles
Fire protection industry experience is not required — full training is provided.
Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 DOE
Monthly bonuses based on KPI performance
