Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. This Contract position involves providing support in a fast-paced environment while interacting with a diverse student population. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and maintaining a high standard of conduct in a front-facing role. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Handle inbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately. - Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail. - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, delivering exceptional receptionist duties. - Collaborate with team members to manage office workflows and prioritize tasks. - Utilize software systems, such as Banner or Lucian, to complete administrative processes. - Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events. - Ensure consistent phone coverage and respond promptly to incoming communications. - Support student-related activities by addressing their needs and concerns. - Foster a detail-oriented and welcoming environment in all interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in data entry and record management. - Familiarity with software systems like Banner or Lucian is preferred. - Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. - Experience in receptionist duties and front-facing roles. - Capable of maintaining attention to detail while interacting with diverse groups. - Comfortable handling phone coverage and managing inbound calls.
